Nathan Tschepik is a litigator in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. Nathan has deep knowledge of the False Claims Act (FCA) and healthcare sector, representing major health plans and payors, life sciences companies, and medical schools in all phases and stages of high-stakes FCA, anti-kickback, and compliance matters. He has experience with a variety of state and federal programs, including Medicare Advantage, the Affordable Care Act, TRICARE, and state Medicaid Programs. In addition to his healthcare practice, Nathan has represented higher education institutions facing congressional, EEOC, DOJ, and other agency investigations and litigation.
Nathan is active in the firm’s pro bono practice, where his work has included representing criminal defendants in both federal district and appellate courts as well as advocacy before DOJ and DHS on behalf of non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Nathan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Eric D. Miller of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
