Nidhi Geevarghese represents and advises financial institutions, private equity funds and companies in connection with complex and cross-border financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt financings, acquisition financings, asset based financings and project financings. She also has experience with a variety of other corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and energy and infrastructure development matters.
