Nithya Kiron is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Her practice covers a broad range of industries, where she advises clients on private equity transactions, M&A transactions, intellectual property licensing agreements, and asset management.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Nithya attended the University of California College of Law, San Francisco. During law school, Nithya served as a Corporate Student Associate for the Startup Legal Garage, where she assisted in representing an early-stage technology company with its early stage corporate legal matters, such as entity formation, capitalization tables, and contract issues. As part of this experience, she also worked with the in-house legal department of a financial services company. Nithya also completed a judicial externship with the Superior Court of California.

Prior to law school, Nithya gained valuable experience in technical sales by working as a Solutions Consultant for Adobe and concurrently earned her Master’s in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
