Nuviet Nguyen Nazarian is a staff attorney in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the eDiscovery Department. Her practice focuses on all aspects of electronic discovery for complex litigation cases, including consumer class actions, government and internal investigations, the False Claims Act, intellectual property, and antitrust matters. She has managed numerous large scale document reviews, including overseeing a team exceeding one hundred attorneys in a federal antitrust matter for a healthcare insurer. Nuviet drafts responsiveness and privilege review protocols, and serves as a subject matter expert on case teams due to her ability to synthesize and retain large amounts of information and keen analysis.

Nuviet also works in various aspects of traditional litigation for the Firm. She works closely with the Labor and Employment Practice group, and her experience includes conducting compliance audits of the branch offices of a leading real estate company and representing the company in a putative class action. Nuviet drafts memoranda, provides training, and advises leading real estate companies with respect to independent contractor classification issues. She reviews and revises company manuals, agreements, policies and procedures, and educational and marketing materials.
