Pascale Nguyen is a corporate counsel in O’Melveny’s Century City office. Pascale advises private companies and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Pascale practiced corporate law with firms in New York and Montreal.

Dedicated to serving the community, Pascale contributes to the firm’s pro bono practice, including through small business clinics and immigration matters. She formerly served on the Board of Directors for SARA d’Anjou, a non-profit organization assisting individuals 55 years of age and over.
