Pia Kaur is a corporate counsel in O'Melveny's Capital Markets practice group. Pia represents high-growth, emerging growth and public companies—especially in regard to public company reporting—in a variety of corporate matters and transactions, primarily focused on the technology, healthcare, retail and energy sectors. She is also experienced in representing private and public companies in general corporate issues, board management, IPO readiness, capital raising transactions, compliance with SEC reporting obligations, exchange listing requirements, among others.
