  • Advised US manufacturing corporation in managing environmental liabilities in a US$1.44 billion sale of a key business division.
  • Advised industrial manufacturing company in fulfillment of consent order obligations, sale of contaminated facility, and settlement of toxic tort claims brought by 50+ neighboring homeowners.
  • Assisted Japanese polymer manufacture obtain EPA and FDA approvals for the paper and paperboard applications of a new C-6 perfluorinated compound (a form of PFAS).
  • Provide rulemaking advocacy on behalf of clients with respect to emerging PFAS laws and legal requirements.
  • Represent a chemical company in connection with an insurance recovery action precipitated by one of the largest PFAS settlements in the United States.
  • Assisted a major domestic manufacturer of heat-resistant cables, which had lost a US$1 billion+ potential acquisition bid due to PFAS concerns, in performing a fulsome audit and review of its nexus to PFAS, including recommendations for liability mitigation measures.
  • Managed an environmental and DOT hazmat compliance audit program for a Fortune 100 domestic manufacturing conglomerate.
  • Advised a large nationwide retail department store in establishing a DOT-compliant rideshare delivery program for DOT hazmats and pharmaceuticals.
