Robin is an associate in O’Melveny’s Shanghai office, where he advises public and private companies on a broad range of transactional matters, including M&A, venture capital financings, and private equity investments. He has substantial experience across all stages of growth, from startups to large-cap companies.

Robin is experienced in drafting complex deal documentation, negotiating term sheets and merger agreements, and managing multi-disciplinary teams to support the closing of M&A and venture financing transactions.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Robin practiced in the Palo Alto office of a prominent international law firm.
