Ross Pollack is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Ross advises clients on corporate formation, reformation, and governance as well as private equity transactions and acquisition financing. He is also experienced in private equity offerings for both underwriters and issuers.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Ross completed an externship with the Smithsonian Institution’s Office of General Counsel.
