Ruben Huerta is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. His broad practice includes corporate investigations, antitrust litigation, and advice related to the False Claims Act and other civil enforcement statutes.
Ruben also actively contributes to the firm’s pro bono practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ruben completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Victor Rodríguez at California’s First District Court of Appeal and an externship with the Bioethics department at Kaiser Permanente.
