Sean Milde is a mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Sean advises companies and investors on buy-side and sell-side M&A deals, private equity transactions and a range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, acquisition financings, and debt offerings in the aviation, healthcare, real estate and tech spaces.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Sean served in the United States Army for over eight years, including as Cavalry Troop Commander and Scout Platoon Leader in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Republic of Korea. Sean is also a graduate of the US Army Ranger School and a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.

Sean’s pro bono practice involves advocacy for veterans, including time serving as a Pro Bono Scholar with the Veteran Advocacy Project.
