Stephanie is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group.

Stephanie represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including those involving claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Stephanie also represents clients in employee mobility disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets and restrictive covenants.

In addition to her litigation work, Stephanie serves as an employment law specialist on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, and also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues, including hiring, terminations, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. She also conducts workplace investigations in response to charges of harassment, discrimination, and other employee misconduct.
