Tara McMillen is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office whose practice focuses on intellectual property-related matters and technology transactions arising out of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to attending law school, Tara worked as paralegal for a boutique IP firm where she supported clients spanning all industries of science and technology.
