Thasos Athens is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office. Thasos advises founders, executives, investors and others on an array of transactional legal matters, including corporate formations, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other transactional and corporate matters.
