Tracie Ingrasin is an experienced lawyer specializing in the asset management sector and general corporate and strategic transactions. Her clients are diverse and widespread, though she frequently represents fund sponsors, asset managers, family offices, and corporate and institutional investors.
Tracie represents fund sponsors in connection with forming, structuring, and operating domestic and offshore buyout funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, secondary funds, and hedge funds targeting US, European, and emerging markets.
