Tracie Ingrasin is an experienced lawyer specializing in the asset management sector and general corporate and strategic transactions. Her clients are diverse and widespread, though she frequently represents fund sponsors, asset managers, family offices, and corporate and institutional investors.

Tracie represents fund sponsors in connection with forming, structuring, and operating domestic and offshore buyout funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, secondary funds, and hedge funds targeting US, European, and emerging markets. She advises on all aspects of fund formation, operation, governance and compliance. Tracie represents institutional investors in connection with investments in various types of alternative asset classes both domestically and internationally, including fund investments, co-investments, strategic joint-ventures, separately managed accounts and seeding arrangements.

In addition, Tracie has significant experience representing clients in secondary acquisitions and sales of partnership and direct interests, including stapled deals, GP-led transactions and other complex secondary transactions.
