Vy N. Malette focuses her practice on financial technology and digital assets. She assists in advising digital assets trading platforms with respect to potential legal and regulatory issues. She is also involved in representing exchanges and banking institutions in enforcement investigations by the Department of Justice, SEC, CFTC, and CFPB. 

Vy devotes significant time to pro-bono matters. She works on Ukrainian temporary protected status, as well as Afghanistan asylum matters. 

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Vy served as an extern to the Honorable Joshua Paul Groban for the Supreme Court of California.
