American Bar Association: 2022 Antitrust Masters Course Conference

O’Melveny’s Anna Pletcher is a faculty member for the American Bar Association’s 2022 Antitrust Masters Course Conference, October 20-22, in Philadelphia. Pletcher will be participating in two programs, “Cartel Investigations, Domestic & International,” which will address how to handle a government cartel investigation in the US, focusing primarily upon criminal cartel conduct, and “Expert Witnesses,” which will review key issues in selecting and using experts in antitrust litigation and agency investigations.
The Masters Course involves a series of comprehensive lectures that examine the underlying trends and tensions in current antitrust doctrine. Attendees will choose among workshops on private litigation, government investigation, and merger practice designed to complement and supplement the lectures.
