Duke Law School Presents the Third Annual Mass Tort MDL Certificate with O’Melveny’s Steve Brody and Sabrina Strong

Steve Brody and Sabrina Strong, co-chairs of O’Melveny’s Product Liability and Mass Torts Practice, will serve as faculty for Duke Law's third annual Mass Tort MDL Certificate which was established in 2019 by the late Duke Law Professor Francis McGovern. The program is being presented by the Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law. The course “is designed to expand and diversify the field of attorneys handling mass torts and multidistrict litigation. The faculty include leading judges, practitioners, and professors in the field of complex litigation, affording participants a unique opportunity to gain practical insight from key players into the lifecycle and management of mass torts.”
