O'Melveny Sports Industry Group co-chair Chuck Baker will moderate the panel “Industry Insights: Athlete Investment in Technology” at the Global Entertainment & Sports Law + Industry Conference. The two-day virtual conference, presented by the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and the University of Miami's LL.M. in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law, will explore business, legal, and social issues impacting the entertainment and sports industries.
Baker will interview Isaiah Kacyvenski, retired NFL Player and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Will Ventures.

Baker’s corporate practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, including SPAC mergers, private equity, and venture capital transactions, with a core focus in the sports, media and entertainment sectors. He has represented buyers and sellers of sports franchises in nearly every professional US sports league and many of the European football leagues. Baker is an adjunct faculty member in the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law LL.M. at University of Miami School of Law.
