O’Melveny represented Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. (2373.HK), China’s leading cosmetic chain operator, in its initial public offering and listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO offering size was approximately HK$783 million (approximately US$100 million), prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option. The O’Melveny team was led by corporate partners Ke Geng and Ke Zhu, with support from counsel Wendy Kan, Qianyu Hu, associates Katherine Wang, Edward Poon, Stella Yang, Ensin Tong, legal consultants Keren He, Ruidian Xian, trainee solicitor Ann Marie Choy, Iris Wang, and legal consultant intern Daniel Tian.
