O’Melveny helps innovative start-ups and global tech giants alike realize the full commercial potential of internet-based ventures.

O’Melveny helps online clients find success, turning their bright ideas into reality, guiding them as they grow, and protecting what they’ve built. What sets us apart is our approach: we are technologists, with decades of experience serving online businesses—from consumer internet and social media to e-commerce, enterprise software, and emerging data, machine learning, fintech, and Web3—at every stage of development.

We find practical solutions for complex, technical issues, because our team features both business-savvy former in-house counsel, who have served at both imaginative start-ups and major industry players, and proud eggheads with academic credentials in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, and related disciplines (several with Ph.Ds.). Whether your issue involves seed funding or search algorithms, biometrics or inventory management, O’Melveny should be your landing page.
