2026 Northern District of Texas Bench Bar Conference

O’Melveny partner Tim Durst will be a guest speaker at the 2026 NDTX Bench Bar Conference which is hosted by the Dallas and Fort Worth chapters of the Federal Bar Association. Durst will join a group of panelists discussing the ethics, disclosure, and the practicality of using Generative AI as well as sharing insight on the NDTX Local Rule 7.2(f).

Tim Durst is a Chambers-ranked trial lawyer known for leading high-stakes, complex disputes in the courtroom representing clients from a range of industries, including technology, energy, financial services, retail, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. With extensive first-chair trial experience, Durst has litigated a broad spectrum of cases, including those involving contracts, fraud, patents, trade secrets, and breaches of fiduciary duty. He has represented clients in litigation across more than 20 states, trying cases in jurisdictions such as Texas, Delaware, California, and Colorado. Tim’s trial experience spans both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels.
