O’Melveny Partner Daniel Petrocelli Named a 2024 “Leading Commercial Litigator” by the Daily Journal

CENTURY CITY—January 26, 2024—O’Melveny partner Daniel Petrocelli has been named to the Daily Journal’s 2024 list of “Leading Commercial Litigators.” The special report honors attorneys who lead major litigation in California and nationally.
The Daily Journal lauded Petrocelli, who serves as O’Melveny’s vice chair and chair of the firm’s Trial Practice, for his work in an array of headline-making matters, including representing Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Kesha in one of the industry’s most high-profile #MeToo cases and helping to resolve the matter just days after securing a series of pre-trial appellate wins. The publication also noted Petrocelli’s representation of Grammy-nominated rapper/record producer Travis Scott in litigation stemming from events at The Astroworld Festival 2021.
