O’Melveny was featured in The American Lawyer’s January 10 edition of its Litigator of the Week “Runners-Up and Shout-Outs” column. The publication highlighted the O’Melveny team that secured the dismissal of claims alleging that JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citigroup Inc., Bank of America, Capital One, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, BMO Harris Bank, and U.S. Bancorp conspired with Visa and Mastercard to inflate cardholder fees. The O’Melveny team representing Capital One was led by partners Abby Rudzin and Andrew Frackman.
