The Sixth Circuit granted Ford Motor Co.’s petition for interlocutory review and vacated US District Judge Gershwin A. Drain’s decision that certified five statewide classes over an alleged brake defect in F-150 pickup trucks. Ford is represented by Randall W. Edwards, Damali A. Taylor, and Scott M.
