A Hawaiian federal judge dismissed a private antitrust lawsuit that challenged Alaska Airlines’ 2024 acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines, rejecting the passengers’ asserted geographic markets and their contention that the merger would lead to anticompetitive effects in the markets.
