Law360: Google Gets Fed. Circ. To Affirm PTAB’s Ax Of Mapping IP

The Federal Circuit affirmed a 2021 decision by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that invalidated four Vederi LLC patents relating to image data and GPS information. Google challenged the patents after Vederi filed patent infringement claims against the tech giant in 2010. Google is represented by Darin W.
