Partner Sergei Zaslavsky commented on how large companies have faced heavy antitrust scrutiny in recent years, but that there are “potential tailwinds when it comes to AI-focused mergers.” He added that, aside from the top players, there is substantial diversity in AI, which “a more robust competition picture than some may assume.”
