Churchill Downs Inc. (CDI) acquired the intellectual property of the Preakness Stakes and Black-Eyed Susan Stakes from 1/ST Maryland LLC, an affiliate of 1/ST Racing, for US$85 million. The O’Melveny team advising 1/ST Maryland includes partner Amy Siegel and counsel Ed Osher.
