After the Los Angeles City Council approved a resolution regarding LA28 chairman Casey Wasserman, whose name appears in documents relating to the federal government’s investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, his company was put up for auction, and the first rounds of bids were submitted. The O’Melveny team advising LA28 included partners Steve Olson, Matt Cowan, and Shelly Heyduk, counsel Max Rothman, and associate Nicole Meier.
