O’Melveny advised San Mateo Midstream, LLC, a midstream joint venture between Matador Resources Company and Five Point Infrastructure, in a definitive agreement to acquire the operating subsidiaries of Cardinal Midstream Partners, LLC, a portfolio company of EnCap Flatrock Midstream, for total cash consideration of US$752 million.
