SILICON VALLEY—June 2, 2026— O’Melveny advised Mixam Associates Limited, a UK-based web-to-print platform, in its sale of 50% of its equity to Ireland-based Cimpress, a global leader in web-to-print customized physical marketing products and branded merchandise.
The transaction closed on April 10.
