O’Melveny Represents Cofoe Medical, First A+H-Listed Home Care Medical Devices Company, on US$136 Million Hong Kong Listing

HONG KONG—May 6, 2026—O’Melveny represented Cofoe Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Cofoe Medical”, 1187.HK) in its listing on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with an offering size of approximately HK$1.062 billion (approximately US$136 million). O’Melveny served as both Hong Kong and U.S. counsel to Cofoe Medical. Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited and BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) Limited acted as joint sponsors and Sponsor-Overall coordinators.
Cofoe Medical specializes in home care medical devices, with a diverse portfolio of over 200 product categories and more than 10,000 SKUs. Its product range includes rehabilitation aids, medical care, health monitoring, respiratory support, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapy. Cofoe Medical ranks second among home care medical device companies and first among rehabilitation assistive product companies in China. Cofoe Medical was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2021 (stock code: 301087).
The O’Melveny team was led by partners Ke Zhu, Vincent Wang and Ke Geng.
