O’Melveny Represents Ruichang International in Hong Kong IPO

HONG KONG—July 10, 2024—O’Melveny represented Ruichang International Holdings Limited (1334.HK) on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The offering size was approximately HK$131 million (approximately US$17 million).
Ruichang International is a petroleum refinery and petrochemical equipment manufacturer based in Henan Province, China. It offers customized products across four product categories, namely, sulphur recovery unit (SRU) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) incineration equipment, catalytic cracking equipment, process burners, and heat exchangers. It is the third largest catalytic cracking equipment manufacturer for petroleum refinery and petrochemical operations in the PRC with a market share of approximately 7.6% in terms of revenue in 2023, as well as the second largest SRU and VOCs incineration equipment manufacturers in petroleum refinery and petrochemical operation in the PRC with a market share of approximately 3.4% in terms of revenue in 2023.
First Shanghai Capital Limited and First Shanghai Securities Limited acted as the sole sponsor, overall coordinator, joint global coordinator, joint bookrunner, and joint lead manager for this IPO.
