Brittany Rogers Elected to the Chancery Club

June 1, 2023

O’Melveny securities litigation partner Brittany Rogers has been elected as a member of the prestigious Chancery Club of Los Angeles and will be officially introduced at the Spring Party meeting on June 27, honoring those newly elected members. The Chancery Club was founded in 1925 and is inspired in part by the four Inns of Court in England, Lincoln’s Inn, Inner Temple, Middle Temple, and Gray’s Inn, which provide a professional association to nurture teaching, guidance, and scholarships, and establish a social network for members. Elected members are distinguished lawyers who are also active in professional, civic, and philanthropic organizations.

Rogers has established a strong practice defending companies and their officers and directors in high-profile lawsuits in state and federal court, with extensive experience in securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, and complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on securities class actions, derivative suits, and fiduciary duty litigation. Rogers holds an impressive track record of obtaining early dismissals in securities matters and successfully defending clients who face multiple overlapping lawsuits in different jurisdictions. Her commitment to excellence, leadership, and citizenship was also recognized when she was awarded the Warren Christopher Values Award, the highest honor awarded by O’Melveny.
