Bloomberg Law: O’Melveny Names Matthew Syrkin MediaTech Co-Chair in New York

Matthew Syrkin has joined O’Melveny in New York to serve as co-chair of the firm’s media and technology group. Syrkin, who advises C-suite executives, technology platform operators, entertainment companies, multinational hardware manufacturers, professional services firms, and start-ups, previously founded and chaired the media, technology, and commercial transactions group at Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
