BTI Consulting Group: BTI Client Service All-Stars 2022

O’Melveny partners Lisa Pensabene, Matt Powers, and Mark Robertson have been named 2022 BTI “Client Service All-Stars”. The recognition identifies “565 attorneys who stand above all the others in delivering the absolute best in client service.” BTI, which compiled its list without submissions from law firms, self-referrals, suggestions, or payments, conducted hundreds of interviews and received client input to determine its “All-Stars.” Pensabene, whose work is focused on life science litigation, was described as “smart, hardworking, responsive, and fun” by one of her clients and Powers was noted as “creative and service oriented,” for his work on consumer class action. Robertson’s profile highlighted his outstanding work with airlines where he regularly represents them in labor and employment matters, consumer class actions, general commercial litigation matters, and in collective bargaining negotiations.
