C-A-L Ranch Stores, a leading farm and ranch retailer, announced a definitive merger agreement with Coastal Farm & Home, a leading ranch and country lifestyle retailer. Nolan Capital, the majority partner of Coastal, will retain a majority stake of the newly combined company, which will operate 54 retail locations across 6 states. An O’Melveny & Myers LLP team led by partners David Smith and Rob Graffum, and associates John Peshtaz and Connor Sletten advised Nolan Capital on the agreement.
