O’Melveny & Myers LLP has elected five California lawyers to its 2022 partner class: Elizabeth Bock, Brian Cook, Jorge deNeve, Megan Smith, and Wenting Yu. Bock represents prominent health care companies and is on the Board of Governors and the Foundation Board of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. In addition to being a litigator, Cook is a nuclear physicist and represents clients in patent, trade secret, and licensing matters throughout multiple industries. deNeve specializes in SEC enforcement and handles investigations involving accounting, disclosure, and internal control issues. Smith represents fashion houses, hoteliers, automobile manufacturers, real estate companies, and financial institutions. Yu specializes in venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and joint ventures.
