June 17, 2021

Daily Journal reported on the addition of two new partners to O’Melveny’s Technology practice.

Daniel Wu has joined the Century City office, returning to the law firm where he first began his career in the nineties. Wu told Daily Journal that his homecoming “feels great,” and that he looks forward to working as a partner with colleagues he previously worked with as an associate. “There’s a great sense of familiarity,” he added. Wu represents emerging growth companies in multiple stages of their lifecycle, as well as venture capital and private equity firms and other strategic investors in the space.

Adit Khorana, who joins as a partner in the Silicon Valley office, shared with the Daily Journal that his expanding client base will be well supported at O’Melveny given the firm’s broad and diverse set of practices “focused on the entire gamut of issues that larger, more sophisticated companies deal with.” Khorana also highlighted O’Melveny’s “global footprint with a particular emphasis on Asia, which is very important to so many of my clients.” Khorana represents technology companies in joint ventures, licensing deals, and mergers and acquisitions and provides strategic advice regarding intellectual property and technology law.
