HKW, a middle-market private equity firm, announced its acquisitions of CMIT Solutions LLC, a leading IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) franchisor, and HTW, Inc. (HTW) from Craftsman Capital, an operationally-focused private equity firm. Financial terms of the transaction, which was announced on January 9, were not disclosed. An O’Melveny team led by partners Jack Jacobsen and Will Becker, counsel Ashley Thurman, and associates Sean Horan and Eleanor Gilbert advised Craftsman Capital on the transaction.
