Jack Jacobsen represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and leveraged transactions, recapitalizations involving mezzanine debt and preferred equity, public securities offerings, bank financings, and oil and gas transactions. He counsels institutional investors, private equity groups, and independent sponsors on various financing transactions, including buyouts and investments. Jack also advises public companies on SEC reporting and compliance. He has represented clients in purchases and sales of businesses via Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
