Riley Securities, Inc., a leading middle market investment bank, as sole placement agent in connection with the private placement financing of Series A preferred stock and warrants of Ribbon Communications Inc., a global provider of real time communications technology and IP optical networking solutions. Ribbon issued 55,000 shares of Series A preferred stock, along with warrants to purchase nearly 4.86 million shares of common stock, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately US$53.4 million.
