O’Melveny represented Spectro Cloud, a leading platform provider of modern Kubernetes (K8s) management, in the closing of its US$40 million Series B funding round. Spectro Cloud provides next-generation management for any combination of Kubernetes clusters across data centers, public clouds, and 5G/Edge locations. The funding round was led by New York City-based Stripes and included Sierra Ventures, Boldstart Ventures, WestWave Capital, Alter Venture Partners, and TSG. The O’Melveny team advising Spectro Cloud was led by corporate partner Brian Covotta with support from associate Thasos Athens.
