Ring Energy, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of the Central Basin Platform assets of Founders Oil & Gas IV, LLC. Founders’ Central Basin Platform operations are located in the Permian Basin and are focused on the development of approximately 3,600 net acres. The transaction was announced on July 11. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal counsel to Founders.
