ICLG: Spectro Cloud Concludes USD 40 Million Series B Funding

O’Melveny represented California-based Spectro Cloud in the closing of its US$40 million Series B funding round. The transaction concluded on March 23, 2022. Spectro Cloud enables its users to manage software deployment, scaling, and modification in both the cloud and data center environment. The company, which was founded in 2013, intends to use the funding to develop its feature set and expand internationally. The O'Melveny team was led by corporate partner Brian Covotta who was assisted by associate Thasos Athens.
