US District Judge Robert S. Lasnik granted Alaska Airlines’ motion for summary judgment in a class action suit accusing the airline of violating the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act by denying vacation and sick time to its pilots on military leave. Alaska Airlines is represented by Mark W. Robertson and Tristan Morales of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
