CareCentrix Inc. has reached a settlement with its former executive Marcus Lanznar, who the company accused of spying for competitor Signify Health LLC during his last three months as an employee. The home health care coordinator is dismissing all claims with prejudice and all parties will pay their own costs and fees. The settlement details were not disclosed. CareCentrix is represented by Darin Snyder and David Almeling of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
