Law360: Muslim Ex-Worker Can’t Flip American Airlines’ Bias Suit Win

US District Judge Evelyn Padin denied former flight attendant Farkhan Mahmood Shah’s request to overturn a ruling granting American Airlines Inc. summary judgment in a religious discrimination suit. Shah sued American over claims that he was constantly harassed by co-workers and that the airline used his performance as an excuse to fire him. “Shah, in short, provides no basis for relief,” Judge Padin said.
